Fanciest gucci store I’ve ever been to. Wait was there but I got in within 10 mins. Best service and they serve my favorite water here. They had tons of merchandise and sizes that you’re looking for. It’s worth getting something here as it’s $500 cheaper MSRP compared to the states. I love that the SA’s are not pushy and they take their time with you. Pro tip: when you get the Vat tax receipt all you need to do is to fill out your information and NO NEED FOR STAMS AT THE CUSTOMS and just drop it off at the Planet envelope stand. (For credit card only) I would definitely come back here again to shop!

I had a wonderful experience at this store with the stores manager Fabrizio and associate Johnny. I purchased a pair of loafers today and Johnny assisted me with finding the correct size and made sure that the fit was comfortable and correct. They were were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate their phenomenal customer service and highly recommend them for a great shopping experience. I will definitely be returning to this store for my future purchases and hope to see them again. Thank you for the excellent service Johnny and Fabrizio.

Visited the store today with an intention of buying a bag, however, I was followed by a sales assistant like a bad smell. She asked me a few times, if I am looking for anything in particular (I was, but since the style wasn't available at the store, I was looking at other options), and at some point she lost her patience and nearly shouted at me "are you looking for something madam?!". No, not with that attitude. I recommend for the shop assistant to understand, they are shop assistants, so calm down, you don't owe the brand. Don't forget that some people may visit the store for the first time to get their very first bag, and you just ruin their experience, who do you even think you are?!

Great service I bought there a gift for a friend for her birthday The seller was so nice, she was with me for about half hour just in order to help me to choose the perfect gift She also gave me soft drink since it was really hot at Rome during this day Very recommended place!!! Of course the quality is perfect, as desired and expected by Gucci

I purchased some items and decided to use the restroom before leaving. A male employee forced the restroom door open twice even though I spoke through the door that it was in use and occupied. He did this to accommodate another customer. I failed to get myself out because I am only visiting and not used to Italian/EU bathrooms. I know this because he was literally outside the door when I managed to get out. He then called me “ESTUPIDA” to another employee thinking I did not hear nor understand this. When confronted, he denied the allegation. VERY INAPPROPRIATE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

My mom and I were in Rome for the first time and decided to treat ourselves to our very first Gucci bag. Our associate, Laura Menichini, was just amazing! She was so patient with us and showed us just about every option available. She looked up other colors and styles and again was so patient with us as this was our first time splurging this much on ourselves. We both finally picked our bags and made a purchase with Laura.
